Woodland outlet screw up balancing. This outlet guys got hunter machine help me check and solve.

I also want Citytyre mgmt to know I didn’t have good experience having to run around just for normal balancing as well as the miscomm betw the appt maker and the outlets is unpleasant.

Changing my car rims here. Wide selection of choices and Frankie (branch manager) has provided good advice.
Work was done efficiently. The entire process of rims changing, balancing and alignment were completed in less than one hour.

I had a wonderful experience here. Store manager Frankie and his team’s service is top notch.

I narrowed down my search to get my tyres and rims replaced firstly due to the proximity to my home, then secondly due to the shop’s high rating on Google.

My initial contact by a phone call with the shop was met with Frankie’s friendly and quick response. His experience and sincerity convinced me to close the deal. The package offered to me was comparable in the market.

As for the workmanship, I have no complaints. In fact, the wheel alignment job was spot on.

Referred by a friend to change tyres here. Insightful advises on which tyre to choose and get the best value out of it. Pirelli CINTURATO P7™ was the choice for my C180 and made some savings from the initial choice.

1st time customer. Recommended by a friend. Replaced my old PS4 to the 4 new PS 5 with reinforced side wall. Great service from Frankie and his team! Very Service oriented and knowledgable. They knew what they are doing and knew their stuffs well.
Alignment was perfect done and to my expectation and I enjoy my ride again. Note they have promo for tyre rotation and will call you up when rotation time due. My go to tyres shop moving forward. Cheers!

Brought my car in for servicing, tyre change to Michelin primacy 5, balancing and alignment, and had a really smooth experience.

The team was professional, efficient, things to improve is to share what are the works to be done and highlight any issues.

Prices were reasonable and the service was honest with no hard-selling. Highly recommend this workshop if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy car tyre shop and servicing. They don't specialised in servicing, but for minor servicing I don't see any issues.

Update as of 24 Aug - I found out that my tyre valve was not replaced, but it was communicated to me it is replaced and it is also stated on the receipt it is replace. Upon checking with the kaki Bukit outlet, they shared due to tpms, they can't change. I mean, other ws can transfer the TPMS to new valve but your shop cannot? Cannot it's OK, but at least need to highlight. I'm not sure if this counted as cheating or misleading, but definitely unfair to customer. Just imagine if they can treat customer like this on this matter, do you think they can't smoke or try to hide other things? Honesty is hard to earn, yet this ws just openly treat me as a fool.

Servicing experience isn't great, I have to keep asking them on my car status, rather than they update me either verbal or by paper. I need to ask before I know my rear brake left around 30%, these are things a good ws will highlight to car owner and not need car owners try to ask every questions to get answers. Quite disappointed honestly....

Came here after purchasing a set of tires a few months back to get help for tire puncture..Very prompt and fast service to fix up the hole, less than 10mins job ( wait n fix) ..highly recommended..

Fixed an appointment to change from old F1A5 to new F1A6 at City Tyre Auto @ 219 Kaki Bukit.

There are about 4-5 staff and the whole thing went smoothly. Tyre alignment was done and my car handling is very sharp now.

The supervisor Mr. Frankie is very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are very careful handling your rims during removal and installation of tyres.

Great experience on my first visit for Tyre alignment. The specialist gave advise and tested to make use everything is done properly before handing over. Great drive after that.

First encounter was back in April 2024 when i replaced my tyres purchased at the Car Expo. Confirmed installation date via WhatsApp and went down without any hassle and helped to fix up my tyre pressure sensors as well. Replies were very responsive and the prices quoted were reasonable. No hard selling or trying to oversell other services as well.

Recently one of my tyres' pressure was low compared to the rest and went down to ask them. Extremely helpful and friendly service while i waited in their newly renovated aircon area which was quite comfortable and clean.

The physical unit is also very accessible with ample space and not much vehicle traffic (not near entrance/exit or major road) so you won't feel so stressed up or pressured when parking at the side to enquire or when reversing to leave once completed.

Overall a wonderful experience and definitely switching over from my previous tyre shop.

Fixed appointment and was attended immediately. Very professional and no hard sell. Recommended the suitable tyres for my car. Waiting area is comfy and with air con. Highly recommended. Car servicing available too! Will be my regular workshop from now on. 👍🏼

Went down to replace all four tyres. The service staff were friendly and approachable. They were also knowledgeable when I asked them more questions.

They even did additional general checks on my engine bay, without additional cost.

Highly recommended.

Their ground floor office and lounge is currently under renovation, likely will be done end of this month. Look forward to chill inside during my next visit.
